People are feeling great on the Full Body Cleanse!!! I am on Day 17 and so far, so great! I am down 6-1/2 pounds and feel great. I have more energy and I am sleeping better. The Plan: I loved that each day was detailed and written out, it took the decision making out of my hands and was freeing in a way. We immediately loved the new breakfast foods. Arash and I both felt great, had loads of energy and felt the herbs doing their work while eating a clean, healthy diet. My favorite recipes were the lunches that combined a grain (for me quinoa) and veggies, fruits, nuts, beans, etc. Those were wonderful and delicious, and presented a new way of approaching lunch that I hadn’t considered before. I enjoyed the 30 day Vegan Cleanse! The food was delicious and it became easier to follow the plan once I got started and gathered ingredients weekly. I began to feel great and for me, giving up sugar and eating a healthier plant based diet was important. I jumped into the 30 Day Vegan Full Body Cleanse because I wanted to lose weight in a totally health-conscious way. The promise of more energy, reduced inflammation and other health benefits was also very appealing. I stuck to the plan completely for the entire 30 days, taking my herbs daily, and refraining from coffee, alcohol, sugar, and animal proteins. The recipes in this plan are amazing. The plan lays out what you will need very well, by providing helpful tips on what to prepare for the next day’s meal. Shopping is also made easier with the handy lists of ingredients. The author’s “personal favorites” were also helpful. After sticking to the plan for 30 days, I felt lighter all over, and my body felt healthy in every way. I have never been interested in a vegan way of life. However, after Ahnjel’s cleanse, that changed. Her tasty recipes and recommended foods have become a way of life for me. I lost weight, but more importantly, I have been able to maintain the weight loss by continuing to eat her recommended foods and recipes. My complexion glowed and was even noticed by strangers!
